Seeing people grow and develop.

What don't you enjoy?
Odd escalations where the customers are totally unreasonable. It makes you question human nature sometimes.

What preconceptions did you have about contact centre work (and were they true)?
None.

Briefly describe a typical day?
Run attendance check, report daily errors to resourcing, attendance meetings, 121’s, coaching, escalations.

What skills have you brought to your new job?
Good communicator, well organised, good planner, good interpersonal skills.

Why would you recommend working in a contact centre to friends/relations?
Good environment, friendly atmosphere, good career prospects.

If you take one thing with you on a desert island what would it be?
A photograph of my Wife and 2 sons.

What's your guilty pleasure?
Supporting Australia at everything. Especially against England and even against Wales!
