Now no two days are quite the same for Helen. As well as continuing to resolve her customers' queries, Helen continues to buddy up with the new starters, which is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. She also helps out other parts of the business, such as the Tesco Wine Club. She spends a couple of evenings a week calling customers who have bought speciality bottles from the Club to keep them updated on their orders.
