| Staff at Admiral Group purchased and wrapped more than 200 presents for Swansea’s Mr X appeal, the annual Christmas giveaway to some of Swansea’s most needy children. Admiral employee Angela Macdonald has been heading up the company’s contribution for the past seven years. “The fact that there’s a recession on has not kept our staff from being generous,” Angela said. “People’s kindness is amazing – some people brought in bags with as many as ten gifts in them, and we’ve also had a bike,“ Angela added. The generosity wasn’t limited to just Admiral’s Swansea office; colleagues in Cardiff helped out again this year by sending presents to add to the collection, hoping to make a child’s Christmas that little bit brighter. |
