Over the last few months, Admiral staff have noticed some strange, and remarkably supple, visitors to the offices in Cardiff, Swansea and Newport.
Jaakko, a window cleaner with a difference and George the clown have already spent time in Cardiff and Swansea and are due to visit Newport in August.
But why, I hear you shout? What has this got to do with car insurance. Jaakko and George work for No Fit State Circus, the Wales-based contemporary circus and they have been enlisted to entertain staff as they work as part of Admiral Group’s sponsorship of the circus.
Admiral has embarked on the partnership with No Fit, a like-minded organisation to bring associated benefits to staff and the business as a whole.
As an organisation, No Fit State run a wide range of training and education projects, challenging people to try new things and this is something that resonates well with Admiral as a business. The prime objective behind the partnership is to get some benefits for our staff. In this instance, to help with team building and fun activities for staff from all our three South Wales sites to take part in.
Staff will be engaged through a combination of 'guerrilla' performances in our offices, training workshops, plus performers attending and showcasing their skills at Admiral events providing both entertainment and children's activities.
