British Gas in partnership with Sainsbury’s

British Gas Cardiff has received 1,100 applicants to fill 50 full time positions. These roles are to back fill 4 teams who will move to a new call centre in partnership with Sainsbury’s. Sainsbury’s Energy (powered by British Gas) is a start up venture, and will be based in our centre in Cardiff. It presents a great opportunity for our team of energy experts to get out to meet customers face to face in Sainsbury’s stores around the UK, so we can educate customers on how to reduce consumption, demonstrate some of the energy efficiency products we have, and also show off the future of the energy industry, smart meters. It’s also a great testing ground for new ideas we bring into Cardiff. A really exciting opportunity for us!
