Following our success in retaining the European Call Centre of the Year for 2010, we’ve decided to open our doors to welcome leaders from external businesses around Wales, to share our success.
We’re be running 2 open days a month, so people can come along to hear the journey we’ve been on over the past 3 years. We’ll share how we’ve focused on engaging and developing our team to think like customers, and how this has led to huge improvements in our customer retention and customer advocacy for British Gas.
