HSBC Planet Direct TV

Planet Direct TV launched on 3 May with the first programme being beamed from HSBC Direct Swansea. In this edition of Planet Direct TV we had an introduction to our new presenter from Swansea, Rebecca Rees, along with an interview with Colin Storrar Head of HSBC Direct Contact Centres who answered a few questions about why Planet Direct TV is an important and new communication across our sites. The main theme of the programme was Superior Service, it included interviews from customers talking about their experiences of Superior Service being provided by people here at HSBC Direct Swansea.
