| Lloyds TSB's Telephone Banking executive team went mobile for their 2008 Road-shows, sharing key messages and successes with staff. But, it's not one-way traffic: everybody gets the chance to discuss goals and improvements, ask questions, and make suggestions to the team. "I love sharing our plans for the future face-to-face with our people," says Sally Jones-Evans, Telephone Banking managing director. "And they give us so much back - the Road-shows are one of the highlights of my year."
