Lloyds TSB have launched their very own 'service station' for staff at their Telephone Banking centre in Bridgend.

The service station went live on 3 November. Staff at Bridgend can now drop in their dry cleaning or book a holiday with a travel agent during their working day. Other services include things as diverse as shoe repairs, car valeting, car servicing and beauty therapies - all available right there on site, helping staff free up their personal time and saving them unnecessary journeys.

At the beginning of November, Lloyds TSB also launched a Christmas shopping campaign for their Telephone Banking staff in Bridgend. They've arranged for lots of different stores and services to come into the Telephone Banking centre so staff can do their Christmas shopping during break-times - helping them to make the most of their free time.

Special discounts are available and the shops involved will also donate a percentage of their profit to The British Heart Foundation - Lloyds TSB's chosen charity of the year. So, the campaign will not only help staff save money but also contribute to a good cause while shopping for those Christmas pressies!
