 Local Employment Partnership

Local Employment Partnership (LEP) was launched in March 2007 and has since recruited over 500 employers to become involved. Their aim is to create new employment opportunities for people who are eager to work but may not have been considered in the past.

In October 2008 at the LEP Welsh Awards ceremony held in the Millenium Centre. The British Gas Recruitment Team from Cardiff were presented with the overall award for ‘Making a Difference’ for the work they have contributed within the local community.
