| National Customer Service Week (NCSW) is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy. NCSW takes place 03-09 October 2011 The week also helps to:
BUZZ Wales Partners are embracing the opportunity…….. Blackhorse Cardiff is organising lots of initiative to further underpin their current dedication to delivering excellent customer service to all their customers: Celebrating through Customer Mystery Shopping, creating their very own Dragons Den, where recommendations to improve service are made to Management in a feedback booth where everyone is encouraged to participate. The Customer Service Agents will be encouraged to embrace the theme further with lots of quizzes, and even creating positive mood environments by wearing different colour clothes to work each day. HSBC based in Swansea are embracing NCSW by the launch of their ‘ Superior Service Initiative’ all ‘superior ‘ customer service activity will be captured on a huge red wall placed in the centre of the building reflecting the amazing experiences the teams deliver throughout the business.
