The Oscas come to Swansea!

The West Wales Association of Contact Centres (WWACC) is holding its Outstanding Contribution Awards (OsCAs for short) in November and once again this year, Gladiator, part of the Admiral Group, has had some of its finest agents make the shortlist.

Steven Griffin is up for Best Customer Support, Paul McLaren for Best Sales Advisor and Giles Davies for Outstanding Contribution.

Neil Evans, the Gladiator Trainer not only puts together Gladiator’s submissions but he also sits on the WWACC awards committee. Neil said, “There were more nominations than in previous years and although the numbers have increased, the quality has as well. As such, we’re really pleased to have been shortlisted!”

And once again, there’ll be a glitzy event at the Swansea Marriott to honour the nominees, where Gladiator will be up against the best from companies such as the DVLA VOSA, Lloyds, NHS Direct, South West Wales Media and others.

The competition is tough but Gladiator has always had a good showing in years past and Neil said he is confident this year will be no different.
Admiral Group is sponsoring the Best Team Leader Award and the Group’s Outbound Sales Manager Sally Alwan will on hand to present it.
