The University of Gloucestershire are our chosen University partner to deliver the MSc Applied Financial Services Management qualification, for the next two years.
With our 2021-2023 Financial Services Programme now underway, we caught up with Dr Dom Page, Head of the Business School, University of Gloucestershire to find out how our Graduates are getting on and what they can expect in the coming weeks and months.
“Graduates on the MSc Applied Financial Services Management programme have now completed the taught stage of their first module focusing on the regulatory context of the Financial Services Industry.
During this module they also explored some of the major risks and ethical challenges faced by the sector. They are now working to produce reports for their placement employers to explore specific regulatory frameworks and risks within the business as well as providing relevant recommendations.
Once they have completed this project, Graduates will start working on developing their skills and competencies in managing complex projects.
The Graduates have also started their professional skills development programme, working with industry coaches to develop the professional skills that are most in demand by the financial services industry. The first unit focuses on managing self with specific focus on psychological profiles.”
Thanks for the update Dom!
A month into their two-year programme, our Graduates are already fully embedded in both their work placement and their MSc learning. We’ll be supporting them every step of the way.
