Celebrating outstanding results

We are incredibly proud of the end of year MSc and PGDip results for the financial services and Fast Track Data/AI programme respectively.

The Graduates on the 2019 – 2021 Financial Services Programme have achieved outstanding results in their applied MSc, 77% of the group were awarded a distinction/merit. The vast majority have now secured positions and working in their chosen field within the financial services sector in Wales.

Our Fast Track Data/AI Graduates also achieved fantastic results on their Post Graduate Diplomas, with 79% of the group being awarded a distinction and the other 14% being presented a Merit.

We’re so proud of all our graduates and their hard work and dedication has paid off. The Welsh Contact Centre Forum would also like to say a special thanks to Dr Jared Davies, Rosemary Eaton, Penny Holborn, Rebecca Peters and the wider course team at University of South Wales, for their excellent tuition, supervision and commitment.

A huge congratulations to all our graduates, for their resilience and fantastic academic & work achievements, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. We’d like to wish them every success in their professional careers.

Our new Financial Services Cohort have also got off to a flying start, in their first module 95% received a merit or distinction. We’re looking forward to seeing them develop their knowledge and skills over the next two years and will be supporting them every step of the way.
