Confused.com launched its first marketing graduate programme last September, welcoming Mike and Ellie into the department.
The pair have spent the last ten months rotating around the various marketing departments, across owned media and communications, ECRM, UX & design, advertising, media and performance.
The programme has offered the graduates experience participating in in-house campaigns and with agency management, as well as having the opportunity to work with with non-marketing departments on collaborative projects.
The graduates are also working to complete their ILM3 and have attended seminars and virtual conferences to help understand the broader context of the marketing world.
As their final rotation comes to an end in the summer, Mike and Ellie will be welcomed into Confused.com’s marketing team as permanent members of staff.
