Jobs fayre 2022
The Welsh contact Centre Forum through their recruitment portal “Buzz Wales” plans to host the first of a series of recruitment fayres in February 2022. There is an opportunity for our members to exhibit and potentially recruit staff directly from this event.

Roles: Fulltime, Part-time, Permanent & Temporary Customer Services roles, IT, Scheduling, Sales
Buzz Wales will provide the Contact Centre Industry a dedicated Industry Jobs fayre to be held at the City Hall Cardiff on Thursday 17th February. The plan is to work in conjunction with local colleges and employment agencies based within the principality and surrounding areas, with a view to tapping into the wealth of resource that exists in Cardiff, the Valleys and outlying areas. It is believed that a strong and effective internal and external marketing campaign should guarantee interest which will translate into footfall at the Jobs fayre. In addition, the external agencies will also direct traffic to the recruitment fair, together with additional attendees, members of the public who will also seek to attend in search of work and guidance.
This event and its pre-promotion will highlight the fantastic opportunities available through our members, including, customer service, technical, graduate positions, and other support roles to enable us to position the industry as a vibrant, career driven place to be.
