About

Over two years, you will experience three highly valuable work experience placements across a network of leading global employers.

You will be doing a range of different roles, encompassing the diversity of financial services. You could find yourself working on Strategic Analysis at Atradius, on People Services at Hodge, Risk and Compliance at Optimum Credit and part of the Marketing team at Principality Building Society.

During these placements, you will work with your team and colleagues on real-world business challenges whilst developing your skill set – both technical and non-technical.

You’ll gain an understanding of working in different company cultures and different management styles, all while developing and honing a range of skills which in turn, will help you to create a clear idea of your long term career goals.

Alongside structured training and development whilst at work, you will study for a part-time, fully funded MSc in Financial Services Management.

The qualification is co-designed with top UK employers and academia to enable and reinforce the application of knowledge through work-based projects and a final research project.

This makes sure that the skillset you develop throughout the programme is one that is in high demand by employers and makes you an extremely desirable candidate in the jobs market.
