Job Description

Main purpose of job

Audiologist Support Assistants provide office-based support to our network of fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists, who are geographically based around the UK, providing a domiciliary care service (visiting clients at their homes).

Key tasks

 Confident in making outbound calls to deal with telephone enquiries from clients who have already responded to our marketing messages or reputation.

 Managing Audiologists’ diaries as well as interacting with patients.

 Being organised in journey planning and possessing good clear diction over the telephone is necessary.

Skills, knowledge and experience

 Organised

 Excellent inter-personal skills, in order to build rapport with our clients and Audiologists.

 Self-motivated in order to provide outstanding customer service and deliver results

 Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team

 Working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel

Experience of working in a sales or customer service environment is preferable. However, this is not essential since we provide on-the-job training.
