Main purpose of job
Audiologist Support Assistants provide office-based support to our network of fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists, who are geographically based around the UK, providing a domiciliary care service (visiting clients at their homes).
Confident in making outbound calls to deal with telephone enquiries from clients who have already responded to our marketing messages or reputation.
Managing Audiologists’ diaries as well as interacting with patients.
Being organised in journey planning and possessing good clear diction over the telephone is necessary.
Skills, knowledge and experience
Excellent inter-personal skills, in order to build rapport with our clients and Audiologists.
Self-motivated in order to provide outstanding customer service and deliver results
Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
Working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel
Experience of working in a sales or customer service environment is preferable. However, this is not essential since we provide on-the-job training.
