You’ll be working as a Customer Resolution Agent in an exciting new role within our British Gas Residential Energy Division, supporting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints across our products. Increasing customer retention and loyalty by providing fantastic service whilst maximising opportunities to grow our business with our British Gas Product range.

Oh, a good internet connection is important too for when you are working from home. Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm and we have various shifts you will be aligned to once you start, and all are 5 days per week (37 hrs).
