What to expect?
In this super interesting, 2 year apprenticeship, you will:
• Work with a handful of our departments, learning how each work.
• Support customers using a variety of channels (think social media, telephone, email).
• Attend on-site training delivered by our trusted provider
This will give you an amazing insight into our Customer Hub, and provide you with the skills to develop your career, and will contribute to the completion of diploma in Customer Service, in partnership with Cardiff & Vale College
The role will be based at our Linea site, which is based in St Mellons, Cardiff.
What do I need?
There’s no need for any prior experience, we are looking for “people” people, who are comfortable having conversations with our customers and colleagues. You will have bags of personality, be eager to learn and be able to work with initiative.
In addition to the above:
• You will need an English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
