Our Finance Service Desk receives high volumes of enquiries from clients, suppliers and employees about a whole range of issues important to them, where you will primarily deal with accounts payable and accounts receivable queries. The ability to provide accurate guidance in a professional and timely manner is essential.

Your role
As the first line of support, you’ll have to be alert. It’s a busy team that demands a ‘can-do’ attitude to problem solving. The ability to take ownership and manage a query to its successful resolution will be key. You’ll need to use your initiative and be flexible in your approach to professionally and efficiently deliver the results your colleagues need.

Deloitte’s Cardiff office plays a vital role in the firm’s success, delivering key administration and support services for the business. It will soon become one of the firm’s global customer contact centres.
