What you’ll do
Energy Saving Trust is looking to recruit a Telephone Advisor on a permanent contract to join our team in delivering helpful, effective advice to householders on energy efficiency across Wales, helping them reduce the amount of energy they use and saving money on their bills.
In this role, you will make sure that all enquires are answered and accurately recorded within specified service levels and time scales. By answering enquiries, you will help households to implement energy saving upgrades and behaviours in their home.
What you’ll bring
If you have experience working in a call centre, proven ability of delivering high standards of customer service and are interested in energy saving initiatives, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for individuals to join our team who can work independently and help achieve our overall team targets.
Excellent telephone and customer care skills are must, as are good IT skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable, but not essential for the role.

Working hours are 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, shifts 9-5pm/10-6pm with no working on the weekend or Bank Holidays.

Your line manager will talk you through you the approach once you’ve had a chance to settle in.
