LexisNexis UK&I Operations Team win Silver at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards

LexisNexis UK&I Operations Team won a Silver Award at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards on 19 November in Cardiff.

The award for People Engagement recognises our successes in creating a great culture, prioritising people and driving the importance of mental health and wellbeing.

The team were narrowly pipped to the post for gold by none other than HSBC (IBC), in a hotly contested category up against the likes of Lloyds Banking Group, NFU Mutual Direct, SSCL and Molson Coors.

The team were shortlisted in three other categories, including Advisor of the Year (Michelle Thomas), Support Person (Emma Petersen) and Business Transformation Strategy (Su Hynam and team), reflecting the breadth of talent within the department.
