As part of Mental Health Awareness week, Principality Building Society arranged multiple initiatives to support their people
Mollie, one of our Financial Services Graduates there shared her experience of the week.
“I took part in two art classes, one was conducted by an external company called ‘Art Sippers’ – we are sent a package in the post which comes with supplies, some sweets and a drink to sip on! We painted coy carp; it was super relaxing and so engaging.
The second class was delivered by internal colleagues to PBS and we painted, sewed, penciled..whatever you wanted to do, on butterfly templates that were sent by the lovely colleagues who ran the session.
For me, being creative and artistic is completely needed for my mental health and I would like to thank PBS for showing how much they care about their employees by putting on these activities.”
